I stayed at this hotel after a concert at Billy Bob's. The room was spacious but not perfectly clean. The bar had a huge selection, but be prepared to pay extra for breakfast if you book online. The hot water didn't get extremely hot.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room I was allocated was very far from the hotel lobby, which was inconvenient, but the staff greeted me with a pleasant smile. The pools were nice, and the parking was conveniently close to my room. However, I faced a situation where I got locked out of my room, but the staff didn't hassle me to let me back in. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms, but there were issues with the AC/Heat not working properly. The front desk manager was accommodating and provided a complimentary night to compensate for the delay in room readiness. The service was exceptional, catering to all my needs. The location was conveniently situated with its own nightclub and well-equipped convention center. The dining experience was delightful with delicious meals, although some found the portions to be small.
